Ecko does not send newsletters directly. To share a published Edition, copy its URL and send that link using your school’s usual communication channels.
- Publish the Edition.
- Copy the Edition URL from Manage Editions.
- Open the communication system your school uses for families.
- Write a short message explaining that the newsletter is ready.
- Paste the Edition URL into the message.
- Send or schedule the message in that system.
You might share the URL by email, school app, Arbor, SIMS or another parent communication platform. For printed notices, reception areas or notice boards, consider using a QR code.
