A Story is a single piece of newsletter content. Create Stories first, then Ecko can add approved Stories to an Edition based on their inclusion rules.

1. Open Stories.
2. Select Manage Stories.
3. Click Add New Story
4. Enter the Story‘s title.
5. Add the body content in the main editor area.
6. Add any additional blocks the Story needs, such as images, PDFs, diary dates or buttons.
7. In the Story settings panel on the right, choose a Section.
8. Select any relevant Groups. Leave all Groups unticked if the Story is relevant to everyone.
9. Choose an Inclusion rule so Ecko knows when to include the Story automatically.
10. If the Story is finished, select Approve so it can be included in future Editions. If it is not finished yet, select Save Draft.

Approved Stories can still be edited. Saving a draft prevents the story from being automatically included when you create an Edition creation until it is approved.
